These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at trwmanagement.com (the “Site”) operated by Trading and Retirement Wealth Plan (TRW Management) (“TRW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides general information about managed trading, long-term investing, and retirement-related account services associated with TRW Management. It also lets you request a conversation through the Get started form.
Nothing on the Site is a solicitation to buy or sell any security, forex pair, digital asset, or other instrument in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful. Availability of services may depend on where you live and on eligibility rules of the brokerage firms we work with.
Content on the Site — including articles, FAQs, statements images, testimonials, and plan descriptions — is for general education and marketing only. It is not personal investment advice, a recommendation, tax advice, or legal advice. You should consider your own objectives and risk tolerance and, if needed, consult a qualified advisor before making decisions.
Investing and trading involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Markets can move against a position. Past performance, sample statements, and client comments do not guarantee future results. Forex and digital-asset trading can involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. Diversification does not ensure a profit or protect against loss.
Where services involve a managed account, money and positions are typically held at a third-party broker (for example Interactive Brokers or Pepperstone) in an account opened in your name. You keep your own login. Trading access, if granted, is arranged under the broker’s agreements and any limited authorization you approve. TRW does not hold client funds as a bank or custodian through this Site.
Opening an account, funding it, withdrawals, and broker fees are governed by the broker’s terms, not solely by this Site.
Plan names, starting balances, and feature lists on the Site are descriptive summaries and may change. They are not a binding offer until confirmed in writing as part of an onboarding process. We may decline to work with any prospect at our discretion.
When you submit the form you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about getting started, as described in the consent language on the form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product. Message and data rates may apply for texts.
The Site’s text, design, logos, and graphics are owned by TRW or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED.
You agree to defend and indemnify TRW and its team against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TRW principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes arising from the Site, subject to those mandatory laws.
